Pride Truck Wash - Knoxville

Worst truck wash experience we’ve had in a long time. We paid extra money expecting a professional wash, but the truck and trailer were still dirty after they finished. They charged us $25 plus tax just for brushing the trailer, yet the trailer was not even cleaned properly. Bugs, dirt, and stains were still left on the truck, and the rinse job was very poor. I respectfully told them before starting to make sure the truck was washed properly, but the workers seemed careless and lazy. Instead of fixing the problem, they ignored our concerns and argued with us. Customer service was disappointing, and it felt like they just wanted to finish quickly without doing quality work. We had to go somewhere else and wash the truck again. Save your money and avoid this place if you want your truck cleaned the right way.

I would like to start by saying when I get my truck washed, I always go to Blue Beacon. Today though they were so packed I decided I'd finally try out their compatition across the street. Only thing I ever heard was negitive stuff from the people at blue beacon about Pride Truck Wash. Saying stuff like they cost more, they are slow and do bad work. despite all that I rolled into pride today, they had a decent line but I still got in it. It took maybe a hour to get the 3 trucks in front of me. (pretty normal wait time) and I was in the bay. The guy that rang me up was super friendly, and ironicly had nothing bad to say about the beacon. he simply said "blue beacon their thing is speed of service, here at pride our big thing is customer service, if you care about your ride you are at the right place" The prices were a little bit higher for sure but Jay made sure I got exactly what I paid for. (I also cant remeber his last name but he said he was the only Jay at the knoxville location. He made sure to get the few oil spots I had pointed out to him and sent me on my way. whole experiance took about 2 hours. Thats wait time with a long line, and getting my truck done, and they dry your

Thorough Cleaning and Great Value! I recently traveled about 55 miles out of my way to visit this location, and it was absolutely worth the drive. For a very reasonable price of around $175, they provided a comprehensive cleaning that included my truck, the engine, the trailer, and a full interior box washout. Key Highlights: * Large, Efficient Crew: There were approximately 8 people working on my rig simultaneously. They were incredibly thorough and didn't miss a single detail. * Full-Service Options: They offer a wide range of services beyond a standard wash, including engine degreasing and hand-applied tire shine. * Speed and Quality: Despite the deep clean, the team worked quickly to get me back on the road without sacrificing quality. * Great Location: The facility is easy to find, located at 1651 Everett Road, right across from the Flying J at I-40/75 Exit 369. I highly recommend this location to any driver looking for a professional, high-quality wash at a fair price. It is easily one of the best truck washes I've experienced in Tennessee.

Pride Truck Wash did an excellent job on my semi-truck. The staff was friendly, fast, and paid attention to detail. My truck came out looking spotless no streaks, no water spots. The hand wash and rinse were perfect. Definitely one of the best truck washes I’ve been to. Highly recommended for any owner-operator.
